## § 15-41 Civil fines.

Balt., Md., Code art. 26, § 15-41 (2026)

(a) The Director may impose civil fines for violations of:

  (1) this subtitle.;

  (2) a rule or regulation adopted under this subtitle;

  (3) a condition imposed on a permit issued under this subtitle; or

  (4) a stop-work order issued under this subtitle.

(b) A schedule of fines, not to exceed $500 for any one offense, shall be established and may be amended from time to time by the Director with the approval of the Board of Estimates.
