In maintaining, extending, and expanding the Baltimore Survey Control System, the Department of Transportation may: reestablish and replace any triangulation stations, traverse stations, or bench marks that have been disturbed or removed; establish and install new triangulation stations or precise traverse stations or bench marks; establish, revise, and correct values for triangulation stations or bench marks; and extend the Baltimore Survey Control System beyond the corporate limits of Baltimore City.
