## § 2-3 Records.

Balt., Md., Code art. 26, § 2-3 (2026)

(a) The Department of Transportation shall maintain adequate, accurate, and comprehensive records showing the location of and the values established, reestablished, revised, and corrected for each of the triangulation stations, traverse stations, and bench marks comprising the Baltimore Survey Control System.

(b) These records shall be for the use of all City agencies and all engineers or surveyors having occasion to use such records.
