The maps prepared under <cite data-path="|26|§2-4">§ 2-4 of this article</cite>:shall be revised from time to time by the Department of Transportation, so as to keep them reasonably up-to-date; and shall be the Official Map of Baltimore City. All departments, bureaus, boards, and commissions of the City:shall use said maps as the Official Map of Baltimore City; and may require all maps, plats, and drawings submitted to them to be in conformity with the said Official Map.
