The Director of Transportation is also authorized to include any other regulations, terms and conditions that the Director considers necessary for the protection of the public interest. These regulations may include procedures for the issuance, service, and enforcement of administrative orders to stop work being done in violation of this subtitle or of a regulation, term, or condition, adopted under this subtitle.
