## § 23-5 Fees for conduit use.

Balt., Md., Code art. 26, § 23-5 (2026)

(a) The Board of Estimates may set and, from time to time, modify the annual charges imposed for the use of the conduit system.

(b) These charges shall be billed and paid as the Board of Estimates directs.
