## § 23-13 Plans and specifications; Work superintendence.

Balt., Md., Code art. 26, § 23-13 (2026)

The Director shall:

(1) cause to be prepared the plans and specifications for the work required to construct, maintain, and repair the conduit system; and

(2) superintend that work.
