## § 32-14 1915 change in Montpelier Street section.

Balt., Md., Code art. 26, § 32-14 (2026)

With the approval of the Topographical Survey Commission, that part of the general plan of streets, adopted by <cite data-path="|26|§32-1">§ 32-1 of this article</cite>, for the territory annexed to the City of Baltimore by the Act of 1888, Chapter 98, which relates to that section of the aforesaid territory bounded on the northeast by Montpelier Street, on the southwest by Twenty-Fifth Street, on the northwest by Montebello Avenue, and on the southeast by Harford Road, is hereby altered and amended by substituting for the above-mentioned portion of the aforesaid plan the plan indicated on the plat which is attached to this ordinance; the said amendment shall have the validity and effect as though it had been a part of the abovementioned general plan of streets at the time of its adoption by the sections hereinbefore mentioned.
