§ 32-7 1909 change in Greenmount Avenue section.

With the approval of the Topographical Survey Commission, that part of the general plan of streets, adopted by <cite data-path="|26|§32-1">§ 32-1 of this article</cite>, for the territory annexed to the City of Baltimore by the Act of 1888, Chapter 98, which relates to that section of the aforesaid territory bounded on the east by Greenmount Avenue (formerly York Road), on the south by Thirty-Fifth Street, on the west by Charles Street, and on the north by the Northern City Boundary is hereby altered and amended by substituting for the above mentioned portion of the aforesaid general plan of streets, the plan indicated on the plat which is attached to this ordinance, as a part thereof; and from and after March 10, 1909, the said amendment shall have the same validity and effect as though it had been a part of the above mentioned general plan of streets, at the time of its adoption by the sections hereinbefore mentioned.
