## § 40-18 Meetings; Quorum; Voting.

Balt., Md., Code art. 26, § 40-18 (2026)

(a) The Advisory Committee meets on the call of the Chair as frequently as required to perform its duties and at least once per quarter.

(b) A majority of the members constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business.

(c) An affirmative vote of at least a majority of a quorum is needed for any official action.
