§ 40-21 Duties.

In addition to the other duties specified elsewhere in this subtitle, the Advisory Committee is responsible for:

(1)

promoting interagency cooperation in project identification, funding, and planning;

(2)

reviewing proposals for projects brought to the Committee by any of its members;

(3)

reviewing the status of projects to which this subtitle is applicable;

(4)

making recommendations to the Director about prioritization of projects;

(5)

reviewing reports on complete streets implementation, compliance, and performance; and
