## § 40-26 Definitions.

Balt., Md., Code art. 26, § 40-26 (2026)

(a) In this Part IV, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

(b) “Transit street” means any street on which a public transit vehicle provides fixed-route service.

(c) “Truck route” means any street so designated on the Transportation Department’s map of “Official Truck Routes”.
