## § 40-46 Annual report required.

Balt., Md., Code art. 26, § 40-46 (2026)

On or before August 31 of each year, the Director, in consultation with the Advisory Committee, must:

(1) prepare a report assessing the status of the Complete Streets Transportation System; and

(2) submit that report to:

  (i) the Mayor;

  (ii) the City Council; and

  (iii) the Advisory Committee.
