## § 40-49 Report and data to be publically available.

Balt., Md., Code art. 26, § 40-49 (2026)

(a) The annual report must be made available to the public by posting it on the Transportation Department’s website.

(b) To the greatest extent possible, all underlying data used in preparing the annual report must be made available to the public.
