## § 8A-13 Decision.

Balt., Md., Code art. 26, § 8A-13 (2026)

Within 30 days of the hearing, the Director of Transportation must:

(1) issue a written decision on the petition; and

(2) send a copy of the decision to the person designated for this purpose by the petitioners.
