Subject to Title 4 {“Administrative Procedure Act – Regulations”} of the <cite data-path="|general">City General Provisions Article</cite>, the Director of Transportation must adopt rules and regulations to carry out this subtitle. The rules and regulations adopted under this subtitle may set reasonable fees to cover the costs incurred by the Department in processing a petition.
