(a)Director to adopt.
Subject to Title 4 {“Administrative Procedure Act – Regulations”} of the <cite data-path="|general">City General Provisions Article</cite>, the Director of Public Works shall adopt rules and regulations to carry out <cite data-path="|27">this article</cite>.
(b)Filing with Legislative Reference.
A copy of all rules and regulations adopted by the Director of Public Works under this subtitle must be filed with the Department of Legislative Reference at least 30 days before they take effect.
