§ 2-2 Required deposits into Fund.

Balt., Md., Code art. 27, § 2-2 (2026)

The City shall deposit in the Watershed Protection and Restoration Fund the following receipts:

(1)

all proceeds received from stormwater remediation fees;

(2)

all interest or other income earned on the investment of money in the Fund; and

(3)

any additional money made available from other sources for the purposes for which the Fund has been established.
