§ 10-11 South Baltimore Little League.LinkCopy Citation
(a)Rules and regulations.
Subject to Title 4 {“Administrative Procedure Act – Regulations”} of the <cite data-path="|general">City General Provisions Article</cite>, the Director of Finance may adopt rules and regulations to carry out this section.
(b)Credit granted.
(1)
A tax credit is granted against the City property tax imposed on the property located at 1101 E. Fort Avenue.
(2)
The tax credit applies only as long as the property is owned by the South Baltimore Little League and used by the League for amateur sports.
(3)
The amount of the tax credit equals 100% of the City property tax imposed on the property.
