§ 10-12 Northwest Family Sport Center.LinkCopy Citation
(a)Rules and regulations.
Subject to Title 4 {“Administrative Procedure Act – Regulations”} of the <cite data-path="|general">City General Provisions Article</cite>, the Director of Finance may adopt rules and regulations to carry out this section.
(b)Credit granted.
(1)
A tax credit is granted against the City property tax imposed on the personal property owned by the Northwest Family Sport Center, Inc.
(2)
The amount of the tax credit equals 100% of the City property tax imposed on the Center’s personal property.
