Subject to Title 4 {“Administrative Procedure Act – Regulations”} of the <cite data-path="|general">City General Provisions Article</cite>, the Director of Finance may adopt rules and regulations to carry out this section. A tax credit is granted against the City property tax imposed on the personal property owned by the Northwest Family Sport Center, Inc. The amount of the tax credit equals 100% of the City property tax imposed on the Center’s personal property.
