As authorized under State Tax – Property Article § 6-202.1 {“Subclass of Real Property Consisting of Vacant Lots or Improved Property Cited as Vacant and Unfit for Habitation”}, the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore establish a subclass of real property consisting of: vacant lots; and vacant structures.
