Subject to <cite data-doc="City of Balt., Md., Ord. 26-104" data-path="|general|4">Title 4 {“Administrative Procedure Act – Regulations”}</cite> of the <cite data-doc="City of Balt., Md., Ord. 26-104" data-path="|general">City General Provisions Article</cite>, the Director may adopt rules and regulations to carry out the provisions of this subtitle.
