Whether to schedule a hearing is within the Circuit Court’s discretion. If a hearing is scheduled, the hearing must be at least 30 days after the filing of the complaint and 60 days from the date of the order of publication. At a hearing during the pendency of the action, any interested party has the right to be heard and to contest the delinquency of the taxes or the adequacy of the proceedings. Ord. 20-393
