## § 25-5 Report and remittance.

Balt., Md., Code art. 28, § 25-5 (2026)

(a) Each person subject to the tax imposed by this Part I must remit the tax to the Director of Finance, together with a monthly report, on or before the 25<sup>th</sup> day of the month following the month for which the tax is due.

(b) The report must be made under oath, in the form that the Director of Finance requires.
