§ 25-16 Remittance.

Balt., Md., Code art. 28, § 25-16 (2026)

By the 25<sup>th</sup> day of the month, each vendor shall:

(1)

file a return with the Director, under oath and on a form provided by the Director; and

(2)

pay the amount of tax billed to a user for the preceding month.
