## § 26-1 Fee imposed.

Balt., Md., Code art. 28, § 26-1 (2026)

In accordance with <cite data-doc="Md. Code" data-path="gps|1-311">State Public Safety Article § 1-311, </cite>an additional charge of $1 per month is levied and imposed on all current bills rendered for switched local exchange access service, wireless telephone service, or other 911-accessible service within Baltimore City.
