## § 26-2 Application.

Balt., Md., Code art. 28, § 26-2 (2026)

This charge:

(1) is in addition to the 911 fee imposed by <cite data-doc="Md. Code" data-path="gps|1-310">State Public Safety Article § 1-310</cite>; and

(2) shall be applied to all current bills rendered for switched local exchange access service, wireless telephone service, or other 911-accessible service within Baltimore City.
