## § 27-2 Tax imposed.

Balt., Md., Code art. 28, § 27-2 (2026)

A tax is imposed on every distributor who supplies to a dealer operating in the City any:

(i) cigar;

(ii) pipe tobacco; or

(iii) smokeless tobacco.
