§ 10-8 Rules and regulations.LinkCopy Citation
(a)In general.
The Authority’s Board of Directors, established under <cite data-path="|31|§13-7">§ 13-7 of this article</cite>, shall adopt rules and regulations to:
(1)
implement the Program;
(2)
provide for the payment of major change costs under <cite data-path="|31|§10-20">§ 10-20 of this subtitle</cite>;
(3)
allow for the issuance of special permits under <cite data-path="|31|§10-22|(d)">§ 10-22(d) of this subtitle</cite>; and
(4)
otherwise carry out this subtitle.
(b)Filing with Legislative Reference.
A copy of all rules and regulations must be filed with the Department of Legislative Reference before they may take effect.
