§ 10-40 Falsifying or concealing information.

Balt., Md., Code art. 31, § 10-40 (2026)

No person may, in connection with any matter governed by this subtitle, willfully:

(1)

falsify, conceal, or cover up any material fact; or

(2)

submit any writing or document knowing that it contains a false or misleading statement or entry.
