## § 10-43 Using invalid permit.

Balt., Md., Code art. 31, § 10-43 (2026)

(a) No person may display in any vehicle:

  (1) any counterfeit or facsimile of a residential area parking permit;

  (2) any permit altered to change its expiration date or any condition of its use; or

  (3) a residential parking permit that has expired or is otherwise void.

(b) No person may display any permit in a vehicle that is not of a class described in <cite data-path="|31|§10-22|(a)">§ 10-22(a) {“Eligibility for permit: Vehicles”} of this subtitle</cite>.
