§ 10-48 Suspension or revocation of permit.LinkCopy Citation
After notice and opportunity for a hearing, the Executive Director may suspend or revoke, as the circumstances warrant, all permits issued to or for the benefit of:
(1)
any person who violates any provision of Part VII {“Prohibited Conduct”} of this subtitle; and
(2)
all members of that person’s household.
