Any person who violates any provision of Part VII {“Prohibited Conduct”} of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to fine of not more than $1,000 or to imprisonment for not more than 12 months or to both fine and imprisonment for each offense. Ord. 06-316
