## § 12-3 Director; staff.

Balt., Md., Code art. 31, § 12-3 (2026)

(a) The Commission may appoint a Director and such other personnel as are necessary for the proper performance of the duties of the Commission, said personnel to receive such compensation as has been approved by the Board of Estimates and provided for in the annual Ordinance of Estimates.

(b) The Director and any other personnel employed by the Commission shall be subject to the provisions of the Classified Civil Service of the City of Baltimore.
