The Mayor designates the Chair of the Board. From among its members, the Board must select a treasurer, a secretary, and any other officers that the Board determines. The Board must select an executive director, as provided in <cite data-path="|31|§13-10">§ 13-10 of this subtitle</cite>. The Board may:employ attorneys, accountants, technical experts, agents, and employees, permanent or temporary, as the Board requires; determine their qualifications and duties; and fix their compensation. The Board may delegate to one or more of its agents or employees any of the Board’s powers that the Board considers necessary to carry out this subtitle. No member of the Board may be held personally liable for the obligations of the Authority, and the rights of creditors may be exercised solely against the Authority. Ord. 00-071
