§ 13-9 Board of Directors — Quorum; open meetings; public records.LinkCopy Citation
(a)Quorum.
Three members of the Board constitute a quorum.
(b)Open meetings.
All meetings of the Board must be conducted in accordance with the State Open Meetings Act, Title 3 of the State <cite data-path="|general">General Provisions Article</cite>.
(c)Public records.
All records of the Authority must be open to public inspection in accordance with the State Public Information Act, Title 4 of the State <cite data-path="|general">General Provisions Article</cite>.
