§ 14-23 Establishment of zone; issuance of permit.LinkCopy Citation
On approval of the application and the valet parking plan, the Director of Transportation may establish a valet parking zone for and issue a valet parking zone permit to any host who:
(1)
commits to abide by an approved valet parking plan;
(2)
commits to meet all of the other requirements of this subtitle; and
(3)
pays the applicable permit fee.
