## § 14-34 Attendants.

Balt., Md., Code art. 31, § 14-34 (2026)

(a) Every attendant must:

  (1) possess a valid driver’s license; and

  (2) be 18 years old or older.

(b) Each attendant must wear a uniform top that clearly identifies the operator of the valet service.
