Attendants must immediately remove vehicles from the valet parking zone and take them directly to the applicable off-street parking facility. The operator, its attendants or other employees or agents, may not park, stop, or leave a vehicle:on any right-of-way, even if on-street public parking is generally allowed; or anywhere else other than in the off-street parking facility designated in the valet parking plan.
