## § 14-36 Signage.

Balt., Md., Code art. 31, § 14-36 (2026)

(a) During all hours of operation, the operator must prominently display at least 1 sign that identifies:

  (1) the operator;

  (2) the host for which the operator is working; and

  (3) any fee being charged for the valet parking services.

(b) All signage must comply with all laws, rules, and regulations governing signs and permits.
