## § 14-43 Cause for suspension or revocation – Enforcement by citation.

Balt., Md., Code art. 31, § 14-43 (2026)

(a) In addition to any other civil or criminal remedy or enforcement procedure, any violation that is cause for suspending or revoking a license or a permit may be enforced, instead of or in addition to suspending or revoking the license or permit, by issuance of an environmental citation under City Code <cite data-path="|1">Article 1</cite>, Subtitle 40 {“Environmental Control Board”}.

(b) The issuance of a citation to enforce this subtitle does not preclude pursuing any other civil or criminal remedy or enforcement action authorized by law.
