## § 17-1 Definitions.

Balt., Md., Code art. 31, § 17-1 (2026)

(a) In this subtitle, the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) “Cruising” means driving a motor vehicle on a street past a traffic control point more than once in any 2-hour period.

(c) “District” means the No-Cruising District described in <cite data-path="|31|§17-4">§ 17-4 of this subtitle</cite>.

(d) “Traffic control point” means a clearly identified reference point in the No-Cruising District as determined and marked by the Police Department.
