§ 17-3 Exceptions.

Balt., Md., Code art. 31, § 17-3 (2026)

The prohibitions of this subtitle do not apply to:

(1)

any municipal, emergency, police, fire, ambulance, or other governmental vehicle when it is operated in its official capacity;

(2)

any licensed public transportation vehicle; or

(3)

any vehicle when it is operated for business or commercial purposes.
