## § 19-1 Administration of subtitle.

Balt., Md., Code art. 31, § 19-1 (2026)

(a) The Director of Transportation shall enforce the provisions of this subtitle.

(b) The Director may adopt procedural rules and regulations as necessary or proper to carry out the intent and purpose of this subtitle.
