## § 2-1 Director of Transportation.

Balt., Md., Code art. 31, § 2-1 (2026)

(a) Except as otherwise specifically stated, the Director of Transportation shall administer the provisions of <cite data-path="|31">this article</cite>.

(b) The Director shall also perform the other duties that are imposed by ordinance or assigned by the Mayor.
