## § 2-2 Rules and regulations.

Balt., Md., Code art. 31, § 2-2 (2026)

(a) Subject to Title 4 {“Administrative Procedure Act – Regulations”} of the <cite data-path="|general">City General Provisions Article</cite>, the Director of Transportation may:

  (1) adopt rules and regulations to carry out <cite data-path="|31">this article</cite>; and

  (2) adopt rules, regulations, orders, and directives relating to or in connection with the movement of vehicular and pedestrian traffic in the City of Baltimore.

(b) Copies of all these rules, regulations, orders, and directives shall be filed and kept on record in the Department of Transportation.
