## § 22-8 Surety bond.

Balt., Md., Code art. 31, § 22-8 (2026)

(a) Every person licensed under this subtitle shall file with the Police Commissioner a bond to save harmless the owner of any vehicle for any property damage occurring while the vehicle is in that person’s possession.

(b) The bond shall be in an amount of at least $20,000.
