## § 22-33 Penalties.

Balt., Md., Code art. 31, § 22-33 (2026)

(a) Any person who violates any of the provisions of this subtitle or of the rules and regulations adopted under this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to fine of not more than $1,000, imprisonment for not more than 12 months, or both fine and imprisonment for each offense.

(b) Each day that a violation continues is a separate offense.
