## § 23-1 Definitions.

Balt., Md., Code art. 31, § 23-1 (2026)

(a) In this subtitle, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

(b) “Bus lane” means a portion of a City street designated primarily for the use of busses.

(c) “Bus stop” means a portion of a City street adjacent to the edge of the street designated for the loading and unloading of passengers from busses.

(d) “Director” means the Director of Transportation.
